Transgender model Carmen Carrera is speaking out against Peru's new bill that officially classifies transgender, nonbinary, and intersex people as "mentally ill."

Carmen -- who is of Puerto Rican-Peruvian ancestry -- tells TMZ she thinks the government's move aims to change the personal beliefs of the Peruvian people, who she says are actually supportive of the LGBTQ+ community, especially since they've had transgender and nonbinary figures throughout their indigenous history.

The "RuPaul's Drag Race" alum believes the Peruvian government is trying to cash in on transgender people getting insured, which she believes is why they're falsely categorizing their transition as a mental illness.

Mike Tyson might be 30 years older than Jake Paul, but that won't stop El Gallo from going for the kill if the opportunity presents itself on July 20 ... telling TMZ Sports there's no chance he takes it easy on the boxing legend in their upcoming fight.

Jamison shared the screen with Corey Feldman as Jamison's brother and vampire hunter who worked in their parents' comic book store, Edgar, Jason Patric as the quiet teenager who loved pumping iron, Michael and Corey Haim as Michael's clever and witty younger bro who is staked by Edgar, Sam.

Newlander reprised his role as Alan Frog in "Lost Boys: The Thirst" in 2010.

Sean Kingston is behind bars in Southern California, an arrest that came hours after cops raided his home in Florida and arrested his mother.

The singer was arrested Thursday evening in on the base of Fort Irwin -- out in the middle of California's Mojave Desert -- and cops say he will be booked into the San Bernardino County Jail.

Cops say Sean had performed a show on the base, and afterward he cooperated as the base police took him into custody on a Broward County Sheriff's Office arrest warrant for fraud and theft charges. The arrest bookends a busy day for Sean and his family with law enforcement.

As we reported, the Broward Sheriff pulled off a raid Thursday morning at Sean's home in Southwest Ranches, FL. Cops arrested his mother, Janice Turner, on the same fraud and theft charges he's facing ... and also confiscated a bunch of merchandise from his home.

TMZ got photos inside Sean's home right after the raid which showed a massive LED screen in one of his rooms. Attorney Dennis Card was there representing his client ... a company that sued Sean for not paying the $150,000 home entertainment system.

The screen was dismantled -- panel by panel -- and removed from the house.

Prior to his arrest, Sean reacted to the raid, and his mother's arrest, on social media ... where he claimed his "lawyers are handling everything as we speak."

A new Diddy accuser is suing him over multiple sexual assaults she claims started back in the 1990s after they met in New York City ... TMZ has learned.

April Lampros says she was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, and she says he offered to mentor her in the fashion industry. After showering her with gifts and flowers, April claims they met up in 1995 at a SoHo bar, where he plied her with alcohol ... and then brought her back to his room at the Millennium Hotel.

In the docs, April says she started to feel ill and as if "the walls were closing in on her" as Diddy allegedly started to force himself on her. She says she was still conscious, but unable to defend herself when he began raping her. April says she woke up the next morning "nude, sore and confused."

The raid on Sean Kingston's house came after months of investigation ... and, new photos show one of the items cops went looking to find -- a massive LED screen.

Attorney Dennis Card -- who's representing a company suing Sean for allegedly not paying for a $150k home entertainment system -- says he was present when the raid went down and took photos of technicians slowly dismantling the system.

TN Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti announced Thursday his office is investigating Naussany Investments and Private Lending, LLC -- the company that set the wheels in motion for Graceland to be auctioned off ... that is, until Elvis' granddaughter Riley Keough accused the company of fraud.

Skrmetti said, “I have asked my lawyers to look into this matter, determine the full extent of any misconduct that may have occurred, and identify what we can do to protect both Elvis Presley’s heirs and anyone else who may be similarly threatened.”

Michael Strahan's daughter Isabella is facing a new hurdle in her cancer battle -- an unfortunate side-effect of her medical treatment.

Isabella shared her health update on YouTube, discussing what she's been experiencing while undergoing chemotherapy for a medulloblastoma -- a rare malignant tumor located at the base of her brain. The 19-year-old says she's suffering some memory loss due to the meds she has to take.

She explained ... "I'm given this drug to protect my hearing and just because I have a reaction to it, they give me Ativan. And for some reason, this happened last time too, I can't remember a single thing about that day."
