The victim is now in critical condition, after telling officials her husband assaulted her with closed fists and a rock before he tried to shove her off the Pali Lookout in Oahu. At one point during the assault, Konig allegedly also pulled out two syringes and poked Arielle with them. It is unclear what the syringes were filled with.

A young couple from Columbus, Georgia, has been charged with murder in the second degree following the tragic death of their six-week-old baby.
