Video shows cops putting the intruders in handcuffs and sitting them on the sidewalk out side of the home. Mel Keyton, president of Hampton Oaks Homeowners Association, said the neighbor had been out of town when they moved in and stayed.

Bernard Hill, who starred in Titanic and Lord of the Rings, has died at the age of 79. The actor, who played Captain Edward Smith in the 1997 Oscar-winning film, died in the early hours of this morning, his agent has said. A father-of-one, he became known to a generation for his portrayal of King Theoden in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. His passing comes hours before he was due to return to TV in Martin Freeman drama The Responder, which airs on BBC One tonight.

The three suspects charged in relation to the disappearance of three surfers - two Australian and one American - who were travelling in Mexico have been identified. Jesús Gerardo Garcia Cota, alias El Kekas, and his partner Ari Gisel García Cota have been charged after Mexican authorities located four bodies at a ranch in an area of northern Mexico. Cristian Alejandro García, the brother of Kekas, was also charged. All three of the suspects were in possession of an assortment of methamphetamines and other illegal drugs at the time of arrest.

When Britain's biggest private house, a mega-mansion called Witanhurst on Highgate Hill in north London , went on the market in 2008, it was close to a ruin. This is the extraordinary moment a huge pride of lions hunted and brought down a massive buffalo before striking the killing blow in front of stunned tourists on safari in Kenya. The event, which locals said is rarely caught on camera, happened on April 29 in the Maasai Mara nature reserve. In the prolonged attack, a solo buffalo is encircled by a large pack of roughly eleven lions. The pride of big cats slowly maul it before tipping it on its back and killing it. A tourist who filmed the attack said their tour guide told them he had 'never seen anything like it'.
