Joseph Alexander Halliday Sr. Dies at 70

Beloved father and brother Joseph Alexander Halliday Sr., also known to many as Rogo Joe, “Joe Percy”” or “Cumpy” to many of his childhood friends, died on April 11 at the age of 70.
