The lawsuit, alleging contractual breaches regarding policy renewal commissions and accusations of unjust enrichment, represents a coalition of minority business owners formerly associated with the company.

HUD Announces $40 Million Boost for Housing Counseling Nationwide

Those in D.C., are Housing Counseling Services, Lydia’s House in Southeast, the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development, the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, Neighborhood Reinvestment Corp., dba NeighborWorks America, and UnidosUS.
