Senegal's Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko is to visit Conakry, Bamako, Ouagadougou and Niamey in late May; a series of trips that illustrate how he and President Faye are keen to have a hand in regional affairs. But the two men are seeking advice on their endeavour from very different sources.
