A biker, Emanuel Elias was today charged with causing the death of his pillion rider, Kevin Nedd on September 15th. The accident involved motor car #PAL 8365, owned and driven by a 40-year-old man from Haslington, ECD; motor lorry #GAC 5625, driven by a 49-year-old man from Vigilance; and motorcycle #CM 3708, ridden by Elias, a 21-year-old from Victoria, ECD, with pillion rider Nedd.
