Thunderstorms, Heavy Rain, Flash Flood Risks Forecast Through Thursday

Heavy rain and thunderstorms may continue to occur across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands through at least Thursday. Flash flooding and mudslides are possible. The weather has led to widespread WAPA outages, and a delayed start to school Wednesday in the St. Thomas-St. John district.

Helen Eurenie Valentine Page was born in the village of Cottage, Dominica, on June 28, 1928, the third child of Maurice Valentine and Fedelia Lamothe Valentine.
