Capitol Heights Left Hundreds of Old Garbage Bins in a Residential Neighborhood for a Year
Capitol Heights, Maryland, had to swap out 1,500 trash cans from a lot owned by the town, which was being used as a junkyard in violation of county zoning laws, causing a rodent infestation and water damage to a nearby home.
