Body of man found near Tawes Meadows in Spanish Town

The St Catherine North police are investigating the murder of a man whose body was found near Tawes Meadows in Spanish Town today.
It is reported that about 11:40 a.m., residents stumbled upon the body across from a tyre shop in the community.
The police were called to the scene and the body was observed on its back.
Its left eye was missing and there was what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head.
The body is about 5 feet 7 inches long.
No motive has been established for the killing.
