1st Annual Father's Day Brunch hosted by Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc

The Beta Gamma Omega Alumni Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. is hosting the 1st Annual Father's Day Brunch on June 9, 2018 at the Children's Home of Virginia Baptist. Tickets are $20 for ages 13 and up; $10 for ages 6 to 12 and free for ages 5 and under. Join us as we celebrate father figures in our community who help foster confidence and teach values to their children to develop their growth and leadership for the future. We will honor the "Unsung Heroes" who serve as role models and inspire kids to value their education, others and themselves. We have the honor to welcome as our keynote speaker, Mr. Andre Manson.  Brother Andre R. Manson, our 22nd International Grand Polaris, received his Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Drafting from Virginia State University, where he was inducted into the Eta Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated in the Fall of 1988.  Presently, he is a member of Beta Gamma Omega Alumni Chapter in Central Virginia.     Since becoming an Iota, Brother Manson has served the organization in a number of capacities: undergraduate chapter Polaris; alumni chapter Polaris; State Director of Virginia; Assistant Eastern Regional Polaris; Eastern Regional Polaris and, most recently, Director of Regional Affairs.  Brother Manson's leadership has produced results at every level, but despite his many responsibilities, he remains closely connected to the brotherhood on a one-to-one level, where many consider him a mentor who inspires others to do great things. Brother Manson lives in Virginia with his wife, Felecia, and their daughters Carissa and Camille. Mr. Manson, a proven leader, will provide some inspiring remarks that speak to empowering all men to step up and make a difference in the lives of our youth.
