It is Monday! Not the kind of Monday where you’ll start the week off down in the dumps. Nope! It’s a different type of Monday!

Whatever kinda Monday it is, it’s your choice. Today, make yourself get up a little earlier! Check off some tasks off your to-do list bright and early! Make it Right Monday!
If you feel like you’re a person who doesn’t like Monday’s, today let’s switch it up! Here’s a few things you can do to start your day off right!
1. Wake Up Early. Research says that people who get up early, reap many benefits. Their day is stretched and they have more time to get more things done.
2. Meditate/Pray. Acknowledging your higher being and your higher power puts you right where you need to be. It brings a peace to your day. It sends positive signals into the atmosphere. It gives you a moment to “be”.
3. Make Your Bed. Get up and make your bed. This is a great habit that gives you a sense of control, subconsciously. You making your bed is a way to tell your brain that your will conquer today; it won’t conquer you.
4. Eat a Healthy Breakfast. What you choose to put in your body truly has an effect on you. Make healthy choices for a healthy start.
5. Brush Your Teeth and Scrape Your Tongue. This is part of great hygiene but it also just makes you feel better by getting rid of bacteria.
6. Smile and Think Something Positive. Waking up with a smile is something so small that can literally carry you your entire day. Waking up in a good mood opens the door for great things to happen.
7. Drink Water. Water is an element of body that is like no other. It’s a necessity and a free detox. It helps your body stay active. It has nothing but great benefits.
8. Do a Stretching Routine. You feel better when you make time for your personal health. However, if you can’t get a morning workout in, at least take a few mins to stretch. Stretching activates your muscles and gets them prepared for movement. It increases your blood flow and gets your brain going.
All of these tasks can brighten your day and get it going the right way! So what are you waiting for? Get up! Make the best of your day and be great!
