108 new cases, one additional COVID-19 death

Jamaica on Thursday recorded one more COVID-19 death, pushing the tally to 332.

The deceased is a 43-year-old female from Westmoreland.

Three other deaths are under investigation, pushing that tally to 34.

Meanwhile, there were 108 new cases with ages ranging from 1 week to 90 years, pushing the total to 14,658 with 2,319 being active.

Of the new cases, 38 are males and 70 are females.

In the meantime, there were 24 more recoveries, increasing the total to 11,833.

Some 111 persons are in hospital with 17 being moderately ill and 12 critically ill.
