The 7 yes votes were from Sylvia Wilson, Pamela Harbin, Veronica Edwards, Terry Kennedy, Cynthia Falls, Kevin Carter and Devon Taliaferro. The no votes were Sala Udin and Patrick Gallagher. The vote came in at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26.
