The commission of inquiry into allegations of state capture continued on Monday with Bosasa-related testimony.
Sandy Thomas, personal assistant to former Cabinet minister Nomvula Mokonyane, will take the stand.
Last week, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo warned her to show up at the commission or "run the risk of facing criminal charges".
She was summoned to appear on Tuesday at 09:00 but only arrived later in the day.
Last week, former Bosasa employee Bongiwe Dube testified that in the December holidays a company called FoodBoys said there was a "big order" of about R17 000 worth of meat.
When she contacted her senior, she was told the order was meant for Mokonyane.
