Nina Thomas, 31, was arrested on a felony charge of burglary of a habitation with the intent of committing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to NY Post.

Last month, Thomas celebrated his wife’s 31st birthday in a Instagram post where he called her “the woman who I can talk to in the middle of the night” and further expressed, “I love you wife.”

The couple shares three children together and Nina intends to limit his access to them until “he takes a parenting course and can show  evidence that he is able to care for the children for an extended period of time,” according to the documents.

In August, Thomas was terminated from the Baltimore Ravens for “personal conduct” stemming from an altercation with fellow teammate Chuck Clark during practice and showing up to training camp meetings late.

According to a CBS report following his termination, Thomas was close to signing with the Houston Texans but coach and general manager Bill O’Brien “opted to not” sign the athlete after many Texans players expressed their concerns of bringing Thomas on the team.

Nina and Earl Thomas originally got married in 2016.
