Recent polling has indicated the Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church is within striking distance of Senator Kelly Loeffler, placing him in the top two in Georgia’s Jungle Primary.
According to the poll conducted by Redfield & Wilton Strategies, 26% say they will vote to re-elect Republican Senator Loeffler in the Special Senate Election, while around 21% intend to vote for Democrat Raphael Warnock. 19% intend to vote for Republican Doug Collins while 15% think they will cast their ballot for Matt Democrat Lieberman. As 15% of the electorate currently ‘don’t know’ who they will vote for, all four of these candidates have a possibility of getting into the top two for a run-off in January. The poll was conducted between September 12th and September 17th.
Tuesday, it was announced the Human Rights Campaign, America’s largest organization advocating for the interests and rights of the LGBTQ+ community, formally endorsed Warnock.
“For decades, from pushing Congress successfully to pass federal hate crime legislation to leading the fight for marriage equality, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has led the nation consistently closer to equality for all,” said Reverend Warnock. “I am honored to have earned their endorsement and look forward to partnering alongside HRC’s work in Washington to pass the Equality Act and confirm Supreme Court Justices who will defend equal dignity for LGBTQ+ Georgians and people across the country.”
Meanwhile, Senator Loeffler ran an ad Monday afternoon that stated she is more conservative than Attila the Hun, in an attempt to cast herself as more conservative than her Republican opponent, Rep. Doug Collins, R-Gainesville.
Attila the Hun was the sworn enemy of the Roman Empire, conquering portions of the Byzantine Empire and attempted to conquer the Roman Empire on multiple occasions.
“Humph hurr,” Atilla says from a makeshift throne.
“Fight China, got it,” answers a note-taker sitting at his feet.
“Heyllt garr,” Atilla commands.
“Attack big government. Yeah,” responds the assistant.
“Darr schfil,” Atilla answers.
“Eliminate the liberal scribes,” translates the staffer, before turning to the camera. “Uh oh.”
Then comes a narrator: “More conservative than Attila the Hun. Kelly Loeffler, 100% Trump-voting record.”
This follows the theme of Senator David Perdue before her and Governor Brian P. Kemp utilizing grand commercials designed to stake their claim as being better than your average Conservative.
Loeffler was named to the Senate by Governor Kemp in an attempt to ward off advances on the Suburbs by the Democrats in the 2020 Election. The decision drew the ire of President Donald J. Trump, who preferred Collins.

Lastly, Rep. Collins appeared on FOX News firing shots at Stacey Abrams for her voter suppression documentary, “All In: The Fight For Democracy”, which made its debut on Amazon Prime Friday. The film documented Abrams’ 2018 gubernatorial race in Georgia against her Republican opponent, Brian Kemp.
“Some say there’s not an anti-family, pro-abortion agenda in Hollywood? Amazon has made the fawning Stacey Abrams documentary their default video for their millions of users logging into their platform,” Collins tweeted Monday. “Hollywood is a moral cesspool where murder, violence, pedophilia and anti-American views are celebrated while life, family, and patriotism are denigrated.”
Kemp won the election by 55,000 votes, the closest gubernatorial race in Georgia since reconstruction.
“Make no mistake about it,” said Collins, who currently represents Georgia’s 9th congressional district. “These companies are trying to live out President Obama’s wish to ‘radically transform’ America by brainwashing our children into worshipping the likes of AOC and Stacey Abrams. We should demand that pro-life movies such as ‘Unplanned’ get the same front-page treatment.”
