Rihanna broke the internet on Monday morning after pictures surfaced of her showing off her pregnant belly and fans haven't stopped flooding the timeline with their reactions. The "Diamonds" singer popped up on social media in a picture with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky on her arm as they appeared to take a stroll with her jeweled baby bump on full display under her pink Chanel coat. 

Despite months of baby rumors and speculation, the confirmation comes as a shock for many. 

Several celebrities including Nicki Minaj, Lizzo, Bia and others congratulated the soon-to-be mom on her pregnancy.

Of course, fans were still thinking about an album from the singer. 

"As someone who has loved and admired Rihanna since the beginning of her career it brings me joy to see her get her dream. This is LITERALLY what she always stated she wanted. In every interview. And she got it. She deserves every ounce of happiness and love," one Twitter user shared.

"Happy for Rihanna and wishing peace to those who for no logical reason thought they had a chance of getting Rihanna pregnant," another said.

The soon-to-be bundle of joy marks Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's first child together. The couple started dating in 2020 after she publicly split from her billionaire ex-boyfriend Hassan Jameel and have since had to answer a barrage of questions concerning when they would be building their family together, People reports.

A$AP Rocky opened up about their relationship in May of last year, telling GQ that being in a relationship with the pop star feels "so much better" than the ones in his past.

"She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She's the One," he told the outlet. 

He continued, noting that he felt fatherhood was "in my destiny, absolutely."

"I think I'd be an incredible, remarkably overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very," he said at the time.
