The Ministry of Equity, Social Justice and Empowerment, wishes to notify clients of the Public Assistance Program (PAP) regions of Babonneau, Castries, Gros-Islet, Souci and Millet, that payments for the month of August will commence on Monday, Aug. 28 and continue to Wednesday, August 30, at the Welfare Division on Trinity Church Road, Castries, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
