Be That Change

Be That Change is a grassroots community collective, in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, formed in the wake of the Black Lives Matter protests.   They were inspired to come together after witnessing ongoing racism in the borough, and the continual discrimination experienced by black people in the community.

Be That Change believe we should all be standing together against racism, irrespective of age, race, gender, sexuality, background, experience, ability, economic status, political affiliations, religious beliefs or locality.

They want to collaborate with other organisations to spread this message and support the London Borough of Waltham Forest to hold firm an anti- racism stance.    They are asking that you too help to…. Be That Change.

Be That Change have launched their first exhibition – the BTC Virtual Art Exhibition –  and are calling for persons to participate.

If you can express yourself through art, this is an exhibition for you. They are encouraging submissions from all ages and artistic abilities in Waltham Forest.

☑️ Confirmation that your submission is your original work and that you consent to it being shared online, in our Be That Change virtual exhibition and brochure
