But according to the lawsuit, she was physically and emotionally tormented over the course of a year. The centerpiece of the allegations is a 2019 road trip to the California desert. She alleges that LeBeouf repeatedly raged at her, a violent episode that escalated when he assaulted her at a gas station as she attempted to flee.
