This is not a conversation about who is your friend or who has done something for you. It’s a conversation about centering yourself and putting your mask on first so that you can help yourself.
It’s okay to center yourself. It’s not okay to be a selfish, insufferable person, but it’s definitely okay to take care of your own needs. The only add I’d make here is that when you are actually loyal to yourself, no one gets cut off at all. The fake ones just… leave.
