Decision by Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) in case of Irfaan Ali et al versus Eslyn David et al. The CCJ is to decide whether it has jurisdiction to hear an appeal before it from the Guyana Court of Appeal. If it finds it has jurisdiction it will render its decision.
