Dear Editor,
Could the Ministry of Health say when the Diamond Diagnostic center will be opened to serve the public? First there was a six week time span for rehabilitation, then a December opening. The most recent being a January opening and presently there is no more talk of an opening day, week or month. Can we not be realistic for once? The public needs to know.
