Many have been blasting Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron since the three Louisville police officers who shot and killed Breonna Taylor in her home this past March remain free of charges in connection with her death.

Rihanna is one of the latest people who took Cameron to task, and she called him out in a message that she posted to Instagram on Saturday, June 27. Like many, the superstar singer wants to know why police officers Myles Cosgrove, Jonathan Mattingly, and Brett Hankison remain free.

Hankison was terminated from the Louisville Metro Police Department last week.

“Over 100 days after #breonnataylor was MURDERED!!” wrote Rihanna. “Her killers are at home watching Netflix on the couch. WTF is America?!”

Then in the caption, she added “yerrrrr @danieljaycameron, where we at with this my brother?!”

Taylor was a Black 26-year-old EMT who was lying in bed with her boyfriend Kenneth Walker on March 13 at 1 a.m. when officers broke down the front door of her apartment on a no-knock drug raid.

Walker opened fire once he heard the officers bursting in, believing them to be criminal intruders. His shot hit one of them in the leg, leading officers to answer with a barrage of gunfire, hitting Taylor eight times and killing her.

Cameron would wind up taking on the investigation of the police officers after local prosecutor Tom Wine removed himself from the case because of a perceived conflict of interest, as he was prosecuting Walker at the time on a charge of attempted murder of the policemen involved in the raid. The charges against Walker would be dropped in May.
