On October 22, from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., Africa House Sacramento will host their inaugural Ubuntu-Community Dinner fundraiser at the Campus Commons Clubhouse, 650 Commons Dr., Sacramento CA 95825.

Dinner will be served from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Select African and Caribbean cuisines will be on the menu.

Opening/Goodwill guest remarks will be presented by:

  • Mathilde Mukantabana, Rwanda-US Ambassador;
  • Dr. Olivia Kasirye, Sacramento County Public Health Officer;
  • Rep. Oye Owolewa-Shadow, Member of the US House of Representatives-DC;
  • Ms. Betty Williams, President of the Greater Sacramento NAACP;
  • Ms. Azizza Davis-Goines, President & CEO-Sacramento Black
    Chamber of Commerce;
  • Key Africa Diaspora cultural/faith and community leaders; and
  • Dr. Rev. Mary Westfall, Presbyter PCUSA

Join them in the quest to build a multicultural and community resources center. There will also be raffles and prizes available, as well as plenty of dancing!

ADMISSION: VIP/Reserved Table (8 persons): $700/per table.
General Admission: $65/person. Limited seating is available, so act fast!
