Apple pie is one of those real winter warmer treats but there are more summery tarts made with apples that still give the taste buds a surprise. This apple dream tart is a crust-less tart that provides you with texture with a tasty and soft apple filling with a sweet sauce. When you have a brunch with your best friends, this tart is a great dessert to go with a cup of tea or coffee, especially when you’re having the meal outdoors in the last days of summer.

Apple dream tart suggestions

The recipe might be crust-less but the sugar still caramelizes and makes a golden brown crust on the outside. The apples are soft, sweet, and with less spices like cinnamon and allspice, doesn’t taste like the apple pie you know and love. However, a slice of this tasty pie can still go very well with a scoop of cream and ice cream. The tart is best served warm but can still be enjoyed when cooled down.
