On Sunday, Aug. 30, Smith-Harris took to Instagram with a series of photos that showed her and Williams glued to each other’s sides during multiple rallies over Breonna Taylor’s death. She also posted pictures of their mugshots from prior arrests.

“When the police surrounded us. I looked to my left and didn’t see @porsha4real. I felt like my other half in the fight was gone,” the “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star wrote. “5 mins before they arrested me she appeared and said you think I’d leave you to face this with out me? Never we’re sisters. (She just went to give her phone to her assistant and came right back). My ace! My neighbor! My boothang! My All Hands on Deck Partner…I love you. Smith-Harris and Williams were arrested on Aug. 25 in Louisville for participating in a protest for Breonna Taylor. They were charged with disorderly conduct in the second degree and obstructing a highway, two misdemeanor charges, E! News reported.

That second arrest for both came a month after they were taken into custody for a staged demonstration outside of Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s home in July. Charges then, E! News also reported, were intimidating a participant in a legal process, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal trespassing. They demanded justice for Taylor, a 26-year-old woman who was fatally shot by police in March after they broke into her Louisville apartment on a “no-knock” warrant in correlation to a drug investigation. As of now, none of the officers have been charged with any crime.

Smith-Harris recently shared video of her arrest on Instagram and wrote in the caption, “If we don’t get no justice.” She also added in a separate post, “Don’t give up! Justice is coming! I can feel it. We will not be silenced not will we be intimidated. Our liberation, our children’s freedoms depend on it!! We are now the #louisville8765 Justice for Breonna Taylor.”
