‘I’ve Never Personally Seen Her Do Any of That’: Kandi Burruss Addresses Sexual Allegations Against Friends Tiny and T.I.

Singer Kandi Burruss recently addressed the damaging sexual allegations made against her friends Tameka “Tiny” Harris and her husband and rapper Clifford ‘T.I.’ Harris

During a Feb. 14 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star expressed her dislike with how in recent times society has been quick to make judgments on matters before gathering all the facts.

When asked what her stance was on the controversy, Kandi admitted to the Bravo boss that she didn’t want to talk specifically about the situation; however, she did want to address something else.

“When people [put] out any rumor about somebody right now, it’s like this society has become a ‘you’re guilty until proven innocent’ instead of, ‘you’re innocent until proven guilty,’ and I do not like that,” the reality star explained. “What I will say, they’re like family to me. Obviously, Tiny and I grew up together. Because of the things that were even said on our show before, people always try to wrap me up into any rumor that happens right now. I want to say, ‘I don’t like that,'” she continued.

“I don’t like when people start rumors on folks, and I would like for society to stop being so quick to try to make somebody guilty without taking the time to get real info or anything.”

Kandi reiterated that she wasn’t pleased with how the situation was being handled on the internet, but she did offer a defense of her longtime friend. “What I will say is Tiny is my sister, and I’ve never personally seen her do any of that,” she said before signing off the subject.

As previously reported, T.I. and Tiny recently were accused of sexually exploiting and drugging several different women. These claims were made by several women after entrepreneur Sabrina Peterson, the couple’s former friend, accused T.I. in a January social media post of threatening her some years back. The Glam University women’s empowerment group’s founder claimed that the “Whatever You Like” rapper held a gun to her head.

As a result of the ongoing scandal, the couple and MTV Entertainment reportedly came to a mutual agreement to cease production on their reality show “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.

The pair has since denied those claims. In a statement released by their representative, “Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and, more importantly, want the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson.”

The reality stars both claimed to having had issues with Peterson in the past and they are taking this matter “very seriously, and if these allegations don’t end, they will take appropriate legal action.”

Some of the women involved in the situation have since taken legal action and hired prominent lawyer Lisa Bloom.
