A MANCHESTER United star has won a court battle against his former partner.

The High Court gagging order means that Rhianna Bentley cannot speak about Aaron Wan-Bissaka online.

Wan-Bissaka and new girlfriend April Francis had been keeping the news that they were expecting a baby private.

Only close friends and family of the couple knew the news, according to his lawyer.

Bentley revealed the news on social media. In other posts, she shared intimate details about her relationship with the footballer.

Justice Nicklin approved an injunction against Bentley at High Court.

During court proceedings,  it was also revealed that Bentley and Wan-Bissaka had separated in December 2019.

Nicklin said Bentley gave the impression she split from the football star more recently on social media. This could have made it seem there was a case of infidelity.

Bentley has three weeks to prepare for a hearing to review the injunction.
