*Sheesh! Looks like it was a good idea for Sean “Diddy” Combs to step down as the Chair/CEO of Revolt. That’s because, in addition to all of his (3) other sexual assault cases, he’s now got another one.

According to a new complaint filed Wednesday, Combs is accused of sex trafficking and gang rape, among other allegations, naming him along with Harve Pierre, former president of Combs’ company Bad Boy Entertainment, as well as a third assailant.

Combs, needlessly to say, is responding to this latest lawsuit with a denial via his representative Nathalie Moar:

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

This latest lawsuit is being brought by a woman referred to in it as Jane Doe. The complaint – filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York – states that when the alleged assault happened in 2003 she was only 17.
