Man dies after his vehicle rolls in North West

A motorist was killed when his vehicle rolled on the N12 near Potchefstroom, North West, paramedics said on Saturday.

It happened on Friday night, according to ER24 paramedics.

"On arrival at 22h00, ER24 paramedics found the vehicle parked on the side of the road. The body of a man in his 30s was found lying a few metres away. Medics assessed the man and found that he had already succumbed to his injuries. Nothing could be done for him, and he was declared dead."

Local law enforcement authorities are investigating the incident.
