Two men were on Friday charged with the murder of sixteen-year-old Albouystown youth, Jumal Park when they appeared before Magistrate Clive Nurse.
They are twenty-year-old Mekonnen Deflorim-onte also known as ‘Meko’ of La Penitence, George-town and eighteen-year-old Rayon James who goes by the name ‘Ray Ray’ of West Ruimveldt, George-town.
They appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Nurse where the charge was read to them. They were not required to plead and were remanded to prison until November 18 at Court 1.
Park was stabbed in the left side of his chest and hit behind his head. He was attacked at his workplace, Wanita Wash Bay located at Front Road, West Ruimveldt.
