I am thrilled to express my deep appreciation as I step into the role of President for ALPFA Boston in 2024. It is a tremendous honor and privilege to communicate with our vibrant and inspiring community, including our esteemed members, valued partners, dedicated community allies, and those considering joining our dynamic network.

Reflecting on our journey, over a decade ago, I, much like many of you, attended an ALPFA event and felt a sense of belonging and shared purpose among my fellow Latinos, which became a defining moment in my professional career.

Our chapter has been a beacon of empowerment, fostering growth, and driving change for decades. We've built meaningful connections locally and at conventions, celebrated successes, and tackled challenges, all while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion and providing relevant professional development.
